Missed dose

Side effects

The less serious or minor side effects are nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, swollen breasts, acne or skin color changes, migraine headaches or dizziness, vaginal pain, dryness, or discomfort, swelling of your ankles or feet, depression or changes in your menstrual periods, break-through bleeding.
Over dosage
If you feel that you have taken an overdose of the medicine rush to your doctor and seek medical help. If you have not noticed it, the symptoms of an over dosage are as follow- nausea, vomiting, or vaginal bleeding.

Proper storage of Estradiol
Estradiol is to be stored at room temperature. Room temperature: 68 to 77 Degrees F or 20 to 25o C. It is to be kept in a tightly closed container. Keep Estradiol away from sunlight, heat and moisture. Do not place it in bathrooms. Keep Estradiol out of the reach of children and away from pets.
