What is Flexural?
Flexural is a muscle relaxant. It works by blocking nerve impulses (or pain sensations) that are sent to your brain.
Flexural is used together with rest and physical therapy to treat skeletal muscle conditions such as pain or injury.
Flexural may also be used for other purposes not listed in this medication guide.
Warnings
Flexural should not be taken if you have used an MAO inhibitor in the past 14 days. Doing so may cause life threatening side effects. Wait for 14 days so that the MAO inhibitor clears off from your body before taking Flexural.
Do not use Flexural if you recently had a heart attack. If you have any heart diseases then inform your doctor about it.
Flexural may affect your thinking skills and may impair your reaction time. So do not involve in any activity that requires you to be active. Using Alcohol may increase these side effects.
Before using Flexural inform your doctor about any allergies to food or medicine. Also inform your doctor if you have any problems with urination, enlarged prostate, glaucoma or a liver disease. If you face these conditions then your dose might need adjustment or you may be asked to undergo some medical tests before you can use Flexural.
How should I take Flexural?
Flexural is to be taken along with a glass full of water. The extended release tablet is not to be chewed, broken or opened. It is to be swallowed as a whole. Doing so will release a lot of the drug at once.
Flexural is a part of a complete medical program. Along with this diet control and exercises are also required. Follow your schedule strictly.
What happens if I overdose?
Get medical help if you think you have taken too much of this medicine.
Over dosage of Flexural can be fatal. An overdose's symptoms include:
- Fast heartbeat;
- Tremors;
- Slurred speech;
- Seizures;
- Vomiting;
- Hallucinations and
- Chest pain.
Flexural side effects
Serious side effects rarely take place. When you face any serious side effect then sop the use of Flexural and contact your doctor. The side effects include:
- Uneven Heartbeats;
- Chest Pain;
- Weakness of body;
- Heaches;
- Confusion;
- Vision loss;
- Fainting;
- Nausea;
- Upset stomach;
- Jaundice;
- Seizures;
- Hallucinations;
- Easy bruising.
Less serious side effects are more likely to take place. These include:
- Dry mouth;
- Blurred vision;
- Diarrhea;
- Drowsiness or
- Loss of appetite.
The patient might face side effects other than those listed here. If any unusual symptom is caused by the use of Flexural then contact your doctor immediately.
Proper storage of Flexural
Flexural is to be stored at room temperature. Room temperature: 68 to 77 Degrees F or 20 to 25o C. It is to be kept in a tightly closed container. Keep Flexural away from sunlight, heat and moisture. Do not place it in bathrooms. Keep Flexural out of the reach of children and away from pets.

What happens if I miss a dose?
If the patient misses a dose then take the missed dose as soon as possible. If the scheduled next dose is near then skip the missed dose. Continue the rest of the course as usual. Do not take any other medicine to cover up the missed dose.
